We'd like to extend a huge congratulations to all 283 current and former students who were recognised at the Semester 2, 2023, academic awards ceremony! Your hard work and dedication have truly paid off, and we are incredibly proud of each and every one of you.
A special thank you goes out to all the parents/carers, staff, and special guests who attended the event, including Major Harding and Redbank Plains State High School P&C Association President, Mrs. Dooley-Scott. Your support means the world to us, and your presence made the ceremony even more memorable.
The highlight of the ceremony is the opportunity to acknowledge and present certificates to our top achieving students in General Subjects from the Class of 2023. These graduates are recognised in the first term of the following year, as results from the external exams do not become available until after the end of the school year in December.
We'd also like to express our gratitude to the P&C Association for sponsoring the DUX award this year. Your generosity and commitment to our students are greatly appreciated. Providing financial support to this year's DUX, Henok, is a wonderful gesture that will undoubtedly assist him with his university expenses.
