Role:
The role of the Community Liaison Officer for African Students is to provide support services to African students to equip them for the development of learning and participation at school. This involves connecting with students, school staff, community and family of students to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
Services Offered:
· Monitor student progress
· Advocate for students and negotiate relevant support for academic, social and/or emotional issues
· Liaise between students, parents/caregivers and the school community
· Facilitate cultural events
