Role:
EAL/D (ESL) teachers and teacher aides assist and support students who were born overseas and who do not have English as their first language.
Services Offered:
Identify and monitor student progress in order to establish support needs
Provide individual assessment of language levels
Teach specialised English classes
Provide individual or group tutoring and assistance
Offer lunchtime homework support
Facilitate programs to increase student engagement and participation
Offer connections to community support services
